Inspections and tests of mooring equipment
A marine contractor asked us to carry out the five-yearly survey of the mooring equipment on four of their pontoons. We carried out the inspections and tests under the supervision of Lloyd's.
Before the goods are received at our workshop, they are thoroughly cleaned in one of the dry docks in Schiedam. In our workshop, all parts are dismantled, registered, measured, repaired and tested on our 900-tonne test bench. Where necessary, replacement parts are used. Once all the work has been completed, Lloyd's concludes the project with accurate reports.
