KIS acquires Elmec
KIS B.V. has acquired Elmec, a leading Dutch supplier and service partner in the field of special cranes and lifting equipment.
The acquisition is part of KIS’ long-term growth strategy and an important step towards becoming a leading Northern European platform for inspection, service, and maintenance of lifting equipment. With revenues of EUR 15.5 million in 2024 and 45 employees, Elmec has built a strong position in the Dutch market.
Elmec will continue to operate under its current name, and day-to-day operations will remain unchanged. At the same time, the acquisition opens up exciting opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and further development across the KIS Group.
